Refunds & Replacements Policy

Payment

  • Customers can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or via PayPal for convenience and security.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.


Order Cancellation / Modification

  • Please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel, change an item, update order details, or modify the shipping address.

  • After this time frame, cancellation or modification requests will no longer be accepted, and your order will be processed as normal.

  • If the order requires design or product detail adjustments, the processing time may take longer, and on-time delivery cannot be guaranteed.


Refund & Replacement

1. Defective or Damaged Items

This Refund & Replacement Policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we regret that we can no longer offer a refund or replacement.
 
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if your order meets at least one of the following conditions:
 
  • The product is significantly different from the preview image or product description shown on our website.
  • The product is defective, damaged, broken, or does not function properly due to manufacturing or shipping errors.
  • You received an incorrect or mismatched item, including the wrong product, design, or size.
  • Your order is lost during shipping or missing items upon delivery.
 
Note: Minor differences in color or size may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, or screen display settings. These minor variations are not considered product defects.

Refund & Replacement Service Procedure

👉 Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Please contact our Customer Service Team to submit your refund or replacement request.

👉 Step 2: Provide Required Information

Please provide sufficient evidence and a clear explanation to help us verify your refund or replacement request, including:
 
  • Clear photos or videos of the product you received that clearly show the issue
  • A photo or video of the package and shipping label
  • A brief explanation of the issue and reason for requesting a refund or replacement
Note: Providing detailed images or videos will help us review your case more accurately and speed up the resolution process.

👉 Step 3: Receive Refund or Replacement

Once we review and approve your request, you will receive a refund or replacement accordingly after your support ticket is processed.
 
Once your refund request is approved, processing usually takes 3–5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 days
  • PayPal: 3–5 days
  • Prepaid Card: up to 30 days (depending on the issuing bank)
 
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card issuer. If you still haven’t received it, feel free to reach out to us at support@365thegiftigy.com for further assistance.

2. No Refund & Replacement

The following cases are NOT eligible for refunds or replacements:
 
  • Requests for a refund or replacement submitted after 30 days from the product delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be accepted for customer-caused issues, including but not limited to selecting the wrong size, product, design, color, address, or customization details.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, washing, wearing, or improper care.

3. Shipping Issues

  • If your order shows no tracking updates for more than 15 days (domestic orders) or 25 days (international orders) from the order date, please contact us for assistance, and our support team will be happy to help.
  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, 365TheGiftify will be happy to resend the package with a reshipping fee of $6.95 USD. Once you confirm, our support team will send a payment link and proceed with reshipping.
  • Please do not return any products without prior authorization from our support team. Any unauthorized returns may be refused and are not eligible for a refund.
